Pricing: How It Works

The pricing for ordering halves and quarters is based on the weight of each individual animal.  You will be paying $4.45 or $4.40 per lb. for the hanging weight of the animal.  This works as follows:

The meat will be packaged and ready for pickup on the farm.  Meat will be available after 14 days of dry aging, and cutting and wrapping.
