For 4th of July, my husband and I took a (generally considered) tough arm roast and cooked it over the fire in foil packs with assorted veggies and some Worcestershire sauce to bring out the meaty flavor. Simple right? It was amazing how tender, juicy and flavorful this cut can be when raised on flavorful, nutritious grasses. Why eat beef at a restaurant when you can make such tasty dishes at home for so little effort?
